When we're done with these ACS contracts, we'd better not have any other contracts to deal with for a year. I mean it. And if we do, there will be none of this "acting as the go-between" crap. Julie is a wonderful person, but I have no idea why I have to repeat myself six times and hear her repeat HERself six times just to explain to her what to do next. -_-
