First Detective Conan movie released in English on October 3! According to Amazon, anyway. Eee, I can't wait. I've seen that movie a million times already, but I want to see it translated, see what they do with it. I like the dubs. FUNimation got huge amounts of respect from me for not screwing up KID's voice.

I'm home. Allergies are being evil, and I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep, so I actually ended up sleeping for another four hours after calling Tas this morning. Still tired now, but eating something. They're kicking our butts. I feel sick, Mom feels sick, Dad feels sick, Craig's out of school until Thursday because the coughing is aggravating his asthma.

Erk.

Air Gear opening theme. Um, yes, please. In fact, yes to the whole soundtrack. Haven't heard all of it yet, but if it sounds like what I've heard, I'm all over it. XD This is music you can play Jet Set Radio to. Makes perfect sense considering the skating thing.

Tried my hand at painting without any kind of guide and suck at it. And I think I need to use something other than acryllics. ^^;; I need to practice. I don't do it often enough... I just wanted to do something, as long as it wasn't drawing. Back to CGing two drawings now.

EDIT: One of these songs is SO Humming the Bassline. Different enough to be its own song, but way too similar. And now I'm wondering if the creators of the series (and the music) are JSR fans. And if they are, and that's where Air Gear came from, then I'm just gonna have to start downloading episodes.
