So apparently, Craig's (former) school is a tough one. We were all thinking Western Wayne was such a great school, and apparently it's not. It's got its own set of problems. I asked Mom how it now compares to Wallenpaupack, which is supposed to be the DO NOT GO HERE school, and she snorted.

Dad now knows that Craig's complaints about the school, even though Craig would not go into detail, were likely warranted. No idea yet if this will result in Craig moving back to PA and doing his last year through homeschooling. Dad had said he was done with Craig in terms of school, but knowing that Craig was probably right the whole time puts a new spin on everything.

Have not talked to the boss yet. If he says no, I can't have Tuesday and Thursday mornings (not likely, but possible), I'll see what Mom says about it, but I've got it set in my mind that I'm taking the class. I don't want to wait a semester between; I'll forget everything. He was in and out of his office all morning, so I didn't really have a chance to say anything.

Mom's looking into Dona's suggestion to see about retiring on disability if she can't get back to work without screwing her hand up further. She can retire in mid-February, really. Right now she's just waiting for the age, and while she said she would work past her retirement time to bank more money, if she can't get back to work, it's a moot point.

ANYWAY.

Took Craig to work and then to the Met with me. My art history class met there, for an extra credit assignment and to figure out what each of us is going to write our term paper on. Craig really enjoyed it. We're sore as hell, but we had fun. Spent the afternoon walking around the museum with Stephanie from Illustration, and when we split to go home, Craig said she was cool. (Both of them have seen Charlie the Unicorn. I will not look at it. XD) I'm glad he enjoyed himself. Usually he doesn't want to go anywhere, but when Arianne said we could bring someone along, I immediately thought of him.

Just watched The Big Bang again for the time-jumping and ended up watching the whole episode over again. I don't think it's going to get old, haha. You know what I need? An icon of the Doctor's silly dance. I cannot watch that scene without completely losing it.

No boss tomorrow! It's going to be the slowest day ever. I'm thinking of bringing my DS and maybe making a DVD with some episodes of Doctor Who on it. Of course, Craig also said he might come to work again with me (?!), so maybe not. He'll have something to do at least. He tried to sell his very old PSP and couldn't, so I got him Peace Walker. I am now broke, but he's happy. Did I mention he's writing poetry now? He wrote one thanking his friends for sticking with him through everything. Seriously, he makes me RAWR sometimes, but I love the kid.
