Tower Records might be going out of business.

No kidding. XD Anyone who would rather pay $18 for a CD than go somewhere like Best Buy is a little strange to me. ^^;; I haven't been to Tower in years, and even then it was because I was desperate. Same with Virgin Megastore. I love that store, but I can't buy CDs there.

Renee and I go out today! I'm still trying to figure out what we can do. I've lived here all my life, but I'm still horrible at deciding what to do in this stupid city. ^^; She mentioned an Italian restaurant that she's heard is good, so maybe we'll go there. ^_^ If not that, there's a movie theater near there, too. We'll find something.

I'm gonna have to stay away from bacon for a bit. T_T And shellfish. And as soon as it gets warm enough, I'll see about walking in the mornings or something. I don't like knowing I have borderline-high cholesterol. ^^;;;

Renee likes anime smileys. I was wondering if she'd understand what they are, because I've done it to a few people that don't watch anime before, and they haven't known what they were. I type a few "^_^" faces, and Renee's like, "BTW, I like how you make your smiley faces!"

*giggles* Anyway. I'm off to the store to get a hero that should've been gotten way earlier in the week. Now that the pressure in my head seems almost nonexistent, I can actually leave the house. Which will be awesome when we go to that Italian restaurant. (Sotto Voce, I think she said the name of it is.)

I love my doctor. I felt like hell yesterday, and now I feel excellent. Not 100%, but way better than I've been recently. ^^ And he doesn't just give you pills. Dr. Chin does that. He's one of those doctors that'll immediately prescribe you something, almost doesn't matter WHAT the problem is. 9_9 Dr. Valdes waits first.

My, I'm in a good mood today. Despite it raining outside (I wonder if it's still sleeting?) and looking miserable, and being all wet... I'm in a very good mood.

Okay, it's all rainy outside. Last I checked, the temperature was below freezing, but it's about 35 now. Whatever--it's cold. The rain is freezing as it hits the ground, and there's ice all over the place.

So someone tell me why this guy runs out of the apartment building. XD;; He slipped and fell as soon as he got near the fence. I know he felt embarrassed...

I hope it'll stop raining later. It's icky out there.

Leaving in about 15 minutes. I have never gone so crazy over finding something to wear. ^^;; I need more red in my wardrobe... I wanted to wear red today, since it's the 1st annual Wear Red Day. You know, for heart disease. Partially because I want to show my support, and partially because hearing what my cholesterol level is kind of opened my eyes. But I've got tons of blue in my closet/drawers, some black, a little white, even less of the other colors. XD I finally found a shirt, but it's not that bright red. That's okay.

I'll have to take that huge pill while I'm out. >_<

I still don't want to go take that test tomorrow. I'm not nervous about it or anything, I'm just lazy and don't feel like going to Southern Brooklyn to take it. XD;; Still, I'm glad I'm taking it when I am. 2:30 is SO much better than 7:30 or 8:00. This is PM, by the way. The test is supposed to last two and a half hours. I don't know if you can leave as soon as you're done or anything, but if not, some people aren't going to leave until near midnight. o_o Mom thinks Transit is trying to weed some people out. They figure people have things to do. It's a Saturday night. People have tickets for dances they've bought, concerts to go to, friends to hang out with.

But I get to go in the afternoon, ha.

Anyway, away I go for last-minute things, then I'm off.

That restaurant was nice, and they had good food. ^_____^ It was a small place, which means it wasn't noisy. And Renee is really easy to talk to... and that's something if I say it. ^^; It's usually hard for me to talk to someone I don't know too well. (Hell, sometimes it's hard talking to people I do know well. XD;;) We're gonna go out again sometime. And I'm going to get her hooked on LotR, mwahaha. She wants to see RotK, but she's never seen the first and second movies. She's wanted to, just hasn't. So I'm going to have Mom bring them back home from the house (because ALL the DVDs are up there... T_T), and I'll let her borrow them, or we can watch them together somewhere.

That's another thing I need to do this weekend. Clean my room. ^^;

I'm still not looking forward to that test. But whatever. ^^;;; I'm going to bed soon... I want a good night's sleep.
