Apr. 13th, 2005 07:04 pmRight. Went to Barnes & Noble today to pick up Sokora Refugees. As usual, the manga section is completely out of order. I didn't feel like sitting there for ten minutes to look for ONE book, so I left. Tomorrow, I'm going back, and I'm going to have someone look for the book for me, and I'm going to complain about the lack of order. I'm very sure I'll get some crap excuse about people coming in and not putting the books back in their places, but it's very obvious to me that there is no set place. There's no order at all. You don't manage a store that way.
Seriously, if you need me to spend a few hours rearranging the section, I'll do it if you pay me. Cash or ten manga of my choice, you pick. >_>
In my quick scanning of the section, it doesn't even look like they have Sokora Refugees. On the other hand, I know Borders has it. The problem with Borders is the lack of a freaking membership card and their complete reluctance to make one... -_-;;
Wisconsin: Oh my god, do you people have too much time on your hands? What's with the talk of hunting cats? You don't hunt cats! That's just weird. Let's shoot Man's Best Friend next!
I worked all day today, but tomorrow should be easier. I have one thing I need to get out of the way, then it should be quiet.
The good thing about today is that since I was downtown, I pulled money out of Citibank's ATM for once, and got Pizza Hut for dinner. Yum. Glad to be home.
