Nov. 9th, 2005 10:57 pmWell, I wish I could say I managed to write a lot of words today, but I can't. Nothing came to me at work, nothing's come to me since I got home. Time to bring in the nonsense. Pirates and ninjas and unplanned smut, oh my!
Instead, I played Shadow of the Colossus some. Had a scare when the music screwed up during one of the fights--I thought the game was about to freeze. It's done so twice before. This is the only game the PS2 freezes on. It really is way too weak for a game like this. XD;;
So, three Colossi left on Hard Time Attack mode! At least I was productive in SOME way, right?
I was going to get my hair done today, then decided not to because I was tired. Good thing I didn't too, because the rain was ridiculous earler. I think I'm going to leave a little early tomorrow and have someone take it out for me, wash it, rebraid it.
And oh my god, getting to the Secret Garden in SotC is the most difficult and time-consuming thing I've ever done. I was so close this time. Just... aaaaargh. Way too damn difficult. And the only reason I'm trying to get up there is to see the place. I can't do anything in there. The fruit there erases all the stamina and health I've picked up by that point. All I want to see is the garden, and see if the place looks like one of the gardens in ICO, and see the glitchiness everyone in the GameFAQs forums were talking about.
Bed. Tired. I'll write tomorrow. If I don't write tomorrow, I can always do so Friday. I'm going out Friday night, but I don't have to meet up with Matthew until seven, so I'll have all day to pad my word count.
It'll be nice waking up on a Friday and not having to go anywhere.
