Okay, now make me happier and release a soundtrack for Casanova. Please. I've been listening to the scene with Casanova and Bellino waltzing for about ten minutes now. The clip's only about two minutes long, cutting out all the talking around it. Unfortunately, I've got mutterings from the extras when they realize Casanova and Bellino actually are waltzing. Nearly perfect clip.

... I'm going to bed now. I was trying to ignore the time. At least Joan won't be in tomorrow... but I have to do reports for Tas that she really should be doing. Like I'm supposed to have any idea what she means by her scribbles when she doesn't even know what she means. Do I have some kind of psychic power everyone else knows about that I don't? Why aren't I making any money off it?

I need a sonic screwdriver. XDD;;

You can't unlock a Sony player with remote codes. You need a signal from a PDA or something like that, or a firmware disc. I believe one or both of my parents have PDAs, but I can't even find a hack for my particular model. Well, not without going to one of those pay sites. No thank you. Each one of them was all too quick to say "We'll give you these questionable methods for $5, they might kill your machine, and because we warned you, you can't sue!" And then I've gone and given them $5 to destroy my home entertainment system.

Well, the Philips is hacked, so I don't care. X3 Called Dad this morning and told him I unlocked the Polaroid. He was tickled, immediately wanted to know about the Philips. He's not importing anything, but curiosity made him wonder. Took him a while to find the site, but I talked him through it on the phone and he got it eventually. So I have the Philips up at the house, and the unit's so cheap, I might just get another one for my room up there. Right now we only have the one. I just won't have the beauty that is surround sound speakers when I'm watching my imports... unless I can feed the sound from the Philips into the Sony. But maybe I'll just leave it. Can always copy the DVDs, that'll pull the coding off them...

As wonderful as that Sony system is, there just had to be something wrong with it. Two things now. It doesn't play DivX files like Dad originally thought when he bought it for me (but it plays them on the same system manufactured in other countries!), and because it's Sony and they like to keep things complicated, it can't be hacked via its own remote. 'Tis unfair. Crummy bastards. ^^;

I'm hungry. Need food. And I'm going to watch something else today, stay away from Casanova, because that's all I've been watching. I can't help it, it's just too good.

That may end up being a lie.

Today was good, no Joan, no Brian, no coverage upstairs, sitting on my butt doing practically nothing for half the day, and tidying up Tas's reports the second half. Today was a good day. Today needed to be Friday. I like my weeks to end well, thank you very much.

Ahaha, no wonder Dad kept saying the link wasn't on that page. I think Google let me skip a step. Ah well, he got there in the end.

I'm not staying up all night tonight... but I really need to stop listening to the two songs I clipped. Dare I say it, if Casanova had been made in the US, there'd already be a soundtrack. Anything to generate sales, that's all this country is. -_- Methinks Murray Gold is an evil, evil man. Or smart. Evil or smart. Not sure which.

And speaking of soundtracks... I need a new copy of the first PotC soundtrack. Mine is too scratched to play right now. Maybe I'll get that and the new one tomorrow. Or next week.

Yeah, I'm feeling a bit rambly now. It takes near-exhaustion to get me talking. ^^; Good night.
