Well, my day's been interesting.
Sep. 21st, 2006 09:20 pmFound out I have to purge a million cases starting next week. That means pulling out every case in the file room completed between 1997 and 2000, checking to see that there are no outstanding problems with the case, and dumping it into a large blue gondola marked for destruction of confidential information, after I pull out certain documents and make little packets for each case. I had to do that when I first started this job. I was hoping I'd get out of there before the time came around again. Joan's wonderful idea. Joan doesn't have to touch that stuff, and neither does Tas, really, so what does she care? Pah. I have an excuse to dress down, though. It's going to be very dusty job.
Then I met a crazy guy in the elevator who tried his hardest to get a hug out of me in front of coworkers. Ye-ah. He was also a VERY loud man and, in the short time we were in the elevator together, gave me a throbbing headache.
THEN... um... I forget. Forgive me. I've been extremely tired today because my imagination's been a little TOO active at night and I haven't had the best sleep. Yesterday I took a nap at three. Today I took one at ten. I couldn't walk straight, I couldn't concentrate, and if people bothered me, I'd have been THIS CLOSE to gnawing their heads off. No one did, though. I really want to sleep now...
... except now I think I've come down with a case of food poisoning from the Chinese food I just ate (from my normal place), and now my stomach's in an uproar and I don't want to lay down because of it. I think I'm going to lay down and watch some court shows until I doze off.
One more day, then house. Still have to buy my ticket for the Fusion Tour. This weekend might be apple picking at Masker's, which we haven't done in years. Next week is NextFest. And the week after is the concert and hopefully some Wii playing. Zelda, please. Zelda now. And Wario Ware, because that looks like TOO much fun.
I'm having trouble finding fansubbers who will give me a steady flow of this anime. Live_Evil was doing it, they stopped early. Yugioh!'s doing it, but they sort of stopped at 40 and I know they're releasing more, but I don't know when because I think it's only one person, maybe a few. Stuff is happening that I've probably seen in the manga, but I want motion and voice. Because Fay must be seen AND heard, thank you.
