May. 10th, 2007 08:32 pmMy day was absolutely ick in the beginning. I didn't want to be at work, and of course the boss picked TODAY to dump the mother lode on me. It wasn't too bad, though. Once I figured out exactly what he wanted me to do and got finished creating the spreadsheet, it went smoother.
So glad I don't have to work tomorrow. I just shut my alarm off so I don't wake up at six. I'm sure I will anyway, but I had absolutely no reason to be up so early tomorrow. I have to see what I'm doing after the extractions... depending on what time I get out of there, I can take the train or the bus. Train won't take me all the way to Port Jervis, but Dad said he'd drive down. Mom thinks he likes the drive.
I got wished a happy birthday after telling no one until the very end of the day (told Joe and a couple people overheard), then headed out with Mom to go to White Castle because I was bummed earlier in the day. Slyders = not what I need right now, but I've been craving them, and I needed a pick-me-up. Have just been taking it easy since I got home. I got told I smell like a bag of poo by Craig (when I heard "Happy Birthday to you..." on the message, I thought I knew what was coming, hehe), and just got finished playing Elebits and unlocking another item that, if Craig gets to play, he will be VERY happy I have. (Vacuum Always On. Instantly sucks up any Elebits in its path, except the big yellow ones, and they get crushed by flying debris anyway.)
