Remind me not to say I'll rip a soundtrack for anyone again. Two songs, most repetitive, unforgettable things ever, and this dude wants them. Oy. It'll wait until next week... I'm not hooking everything up again. We're leaving for NY in a few minutes, anyway. And I'm not bringing the Wii home. It's too much to pack up, and I haven't been playing games in NY.

I am glad I have my old desktop here, though. I can actually record things now. Stupid laptop doesn't have a line-in. Probably shouldn't have one, but that doesn't make it any easier. I'll use the desktop as a backup.

I'm tired, and want next week to get here, though I am glad July 4th is on a Wednesday this year. No one else appreciates it like I do. Most holidays are Mondays, and Mom takes them off, and I end up spending my day off having to get up and take three hours to go home. This holiday, I get to sleep in. If I can't sleep in (as is the case these days--internal clock's too strong), I can watch TV. The CW11 Morning News is always running interviews and things after eight when I should be leaving. It'll be nice to be able to just stay home for a change on a given day off.

Craig is still next door; he went over there to spend the night after we came back from watching the fireworks last night (which were awesome).

Going to get another brownie before we go.
