Aug. 15th, 2007 08:33 pmGah, scanning killed my pic. -_- I shaded it at work... I mean, I still have the one that's not shaded scanned in, and I was actually starting to path the outlines, but I like the shaded one better just because it's shaded. The scanner doesn't like the various shades of gray, though, I think. Or it just comes out looking wrong because this monitor is bright like whoa.
Kwesi had me calling people today. Thankfully, it was just calling the companies of a few candidates for a position, to schedule telephone interviews to take place tomorrow. A million times better than calling the candidates themselves and asking if they want an interview. Having that middleman to speak to them for me is better. XD;
I am absolutely exhausted. I haven't been getting enough sleep lately, despite not waking up at all the past two nights. And today was a bit more miserable because my allergies are pitching a fit. Scratchy throat, itchy eyes, nose running randomly. I don't miss allergies. I am glad it's just that and I'm not getting sick, though.
And oh my god, the extra levels in Nervous Brickdown SUCK. What the hell. Retro is freaking impossible. I have to watch two faster balls, four paddles, PLUS the little game on top? And that was only the third extra level, I can't imagine what the last two are... XD;; Arkedo is an evil, evil company. I am never, ever going to beat this game. If I do, it won't be with all the medals. The extra levels are crazy.
