... because she said she wasn't going to do anything with it. She'd won $2, getting her money back for buying the ticket. I traded that ticket in for two "$500 a week for life" tickets. (I really wanted to win that. Enough to live off of, hell no. Enough to stop working and go to college for? Sure! Decent income without having to work. Nice spending money. Enough to be able to register for for-credit classes after saving it up for a few weeks. Good prize, really.) First one (actually second, since they were torn off of a roll) got me nothing. Second got me $10. 1 in 200 chance of that particular combination coming out.
Sometimes I wonder about my luck, honestly. When am I going to start hitting those big amounts? You know, upwards of $100? XD; And because hindsight is ever-perfect, I'm really wishing I'd only bought the one ticket and spent the other dollar on another game. XD;;
I'm getting tired, that's why I'm posting. The slump hit later than usual today.
