Anyway... I'm up far too early, but Craig had his alarm clock on again and it woke me up about half an hour ago. He's over at Matt's, so at least I know that if I want to go back to sleep in a while, I can.

Didn't play any games last night. I loaded the first four episodes of Doctor Who Season 4 onto the ZVM and watched everything but the first while on the bus yesterday, since I'd been very bad about keeping up with it. Was great. Also think I may have gotten someone into it, because he was watching it with me (although he couldn't hear of course) and asked me before he got off the bus what show it was. I feel kinda bad though. I told him it was on Sci-Fi and he'll probably watch it, and he might make it a habit, which is good for ratings and all... but after watching the last fifteen minutes of The Fires of Pompeii and how much Sci-Fi hacked out of it, I wish I could've told him to look for torrents. ^^; Seriously, if Sci-Fi cut one commercial break, it would help tremendously. They cut the epilogue! It was an obvious epilogue, but come on. TARDIS leaves, boom, nothing. Commercial. WTF. But that's what DVD releases are for, I guess.

The guy also had a ZVM (which shocked me, because he's the first one I've seen with one, what with everyone being iPod-happy 9_9), and he told me he doesn't have problems with his... but he keeps his in a holster, which I'm gonna have to look for. Mine goes back and forth between working brilliantly and being totally useless. Yesterday was a brilliant day. Didn't mess up at all, and I didn't have to physically hold it while it was in my pocket, something I've found myself doing lately to calm its shakes.

Jury duty Monday, so the recently-moved Multiple PIDs meeting can kiss my ass, ha. Still have the Ops meeting on Tuesday, though.

I want to go somewhere today. Don't want to spend all day in the house... although I think Mom might still be taking Dad out to eat for his birthday, so maybe I will. I'd said I would stay home if they did that. They don't need me there. Besides, Craig and I haven't played Mario Kart Wii yet.

Also, I made the mistake of walking up Wall Street to Broadway yesterday, on a trip to Borders. (Mistake because there TOO MANY TOURISTS, damnit.)

Even MOM enjoyed it. It was awesome. Craig was sore about having to go see it (he wouldn't have had to, but Mom had already bought tickets for all four of us), and he ended up loving it. Methinks I might actually watch it again before it leaves theaters.

I was going to make brownies, but seeing as it's late and I'm exhausted since I've been awake since six this morning, it'll have to wait. Maybe tomorrow before Mom and I leave. Or next week. My birthday then anyway.
