meitantei_cjSpain and Portugal got an annular eclipse! ;_; Why can't we get cool things like that?
Well, I'm sure we do, I just don't know until it's too late. -_-
No kids in school today and tomorrow, so no crowding on the trains. Not many people at work, either. Jewish holidays are nice. Kind of hoping it's not so calm that Joan decides to come over and bug me. Today and tomorrow should be decent days.
Wondering when Jannie will get back to work. She popped in yesterday for a few minutes and left again. I haven't asked her, but I think she was stressed (well, I know she was stressed, working with Sonia's stupid ass) and started developing an ulcer, and her doctor told her to take time off so she could calm down and nurse herself back to health. That's exactly what Mom's been warning me about.
EDIT: Know I said I'm not spending a lot of money on myself this paycheck, but I want these. I need a new pair of boots anyway, the ones I have are in bad shape. I don't mind paying $40 for boots. Won't pay that much for sneakers.
