Have a headache, my eyes hurt, I have now confirmed that Taxation and Finance is the one state-run agency I do not want to be a part of, and I'm feeling generally icky because my nose has decided to start running again. Oh, and even though the test I took for Secretary 1 is the same exact test for Secretary 2, because I'm only a Grade 6 in salary and not a 9, I can't become a Secretary 2 even if I pass that test with flying colors, which is stupid. I agree with Jannie--we need to protest. And they'd better not say it's because it's too much of a jump in salary. Eteri went from a Grade 6 to a Grade 18 salary (from Keyboard Specialist 1 to Tax Auditor 1). Secretary 1 is 11, Secretary 2 is 15. Do the math.

But, I did manage to get myself back up to a three-day lead regarding my NaNo. That's good, at least.
