meitantei_cjYesterday was sweet. I've had a chocolate craving lately, and the other day I told Mom I wanted to make brownies over the weekend... and it turned out yesterday that the day care in our building was holding a bake sale. They had brownies. Expensive ones, but I didn't care. ^^; I went to Borders (shouldn't have, but did it anyway) and picked up a few things, Joan basically kept to herself, and Mom didn't work last night because her job that night was cancelled, so I met her in Manhattan and we drove up to PA together. Two weeks in a row not spending the $25.50 for a bus ticket? Paying only $15 the next time I come up because I'm meeting Dad at the train? Excellent.
Have things to do today... I have to pick up whatever is left in here for me to clean. Dad seemed to take of most of it this week, but there's still a little more to do. The guy is coming with the new windows next week, though, so room needs to look decent.
And Craig is annoyed with me because I won't play his usual two games with him. I guess I'll do it later... really don't want to though. I'm slowly getting bored of Halo. It's not the same on XBox Live--I like it more having people physically around, not over phone lines. Much more fun when people are actually with you, in my opinion. And Craig keeps bugging me about Halo 2 and Battlefront 2 every single week... -_-
That's okay. In less than a month's time, he'll be bugging me about Power Stone 2. XDDD; It came in the mail this week, I just need to test it and make sure it works...
Okay, time to get busy. Well, maybe eat something first.
