The DMV sent me a canvass letter. It's only a part-time position though. A $31,338 salary doesn't mean anything when the job is part-time. Only half time, too. Going to return it and tell them to call me when they've got a full-time position available. Good thing is I'd be in an office somewhere, far away from the public area. I wouldn't dare do that job. Oh no. I do not need a daily dose of bitch.
That gets me thinking about the woman who works at the post office near work, though. That woman is one of three things: She's a bubbly person, she really loves her job, or she's on medication. XD;; But she's the best postal worker I've ever seen. She puts a smile on your face. She's what I would like to be if I ever have to work with the public. Not perky, because I don't do perky, but happy with what I'm doing.
Was on my feet pretty much all day, so I'm taking a bath later to loosen some muscles. At one point I left the file room to get the Cheez Doodles stashed in my desk drawer, and Jo was upstairs and was asking me about San Gennaro, and Joan came out of her office and gave me this look like, "What are you doing on the outside?" Yeah. Okay.
