Honestly, she does better than most of the people in that kitchen. She doesn't know as much as they do, but she'll learn. They keep mentioning the Waffle House thing, and the fact that some of her dishes don't include words borrowed from other languages, but she cooks good food. NY strip steak? Yes, please.

I think she'll get her own place anyway, even if it doesn't work out on Hell's Kitchen.
