I think I'm going to make a file for her with a visual presentation of how to use PMP, because even after writing the steps down, she's still calling me about the easiest things. If she dares to call me after I send it to her, I'm jump off the roof. Not sure I can get to the roof in this building, but I'll damn sure try. Good grief. 9_9
