Replacement ZVM's been shipped

meitantei_cjMaybe I'll have it by the end of the week? It's definitely a replacement ZVM, it has a new serial number. I've been checking the status all day, and they never changed it from "Hang at Creative", so I guess they weren't able to fix it. Hopefully the new one works. And hopefully it's still blue. ^^; UPS (YES, they used UPS!) doesn't have the tracking info up yet, so I won't be able to see how long it'll take to get here until later. Still, I'm cool with them using UPS. Steve will most likely deliver it.
Want today over with, please. Kind of hoping the boss leaves early. Started to do some NaNo planning, but I think I'll do it at home. Can't concentrate on it right now. At home I'll have the comfort of my room and lots of music and my own computer.
I really want to go home from here... I'll just hang out in Barnes & Noble or Borders or something for a while, I guess. The problem with doing that is I'll be tempted to walk out with something... and it cannot be something to read, because I DO have NaNo coming up after all. New books during NaNo are a no-no.
Leila caught me catching an elevator earlier and was all, "It's so good you have a good memory." No, I have a crappy memory. Memory has absolutely nothing to do with your inability to use PMP when you write the instructions down. It's not lack of memory you're suffering from, it's lack of intelligence. Do not confuse.
The paycheck this week is MINE. No rent, no cell phone. Might have computer and blanket payments coming out of it, but I kinda hope not. ^^; Still, it'll be more money in my pocket, so a trip to the post office for another money order to Brooklyn College shall be in order. Surely they're wondering when the rest of their money's going to get to them... and I've realized that, because the holiday season is coming up, it's better for me to get the money out to them before I start drooling over potential gifts to self. I think I may be able to give them $400 this week. That'll leave a little more than $500... and if I'm really good, I can get that done by the end of the year, the way I planned to... then I can start figuring out where I want to go to school, because I don't like Brooklyn College much.
Haven't gotten my results back from that test yet. Honestly, I just want to know now. Not sure if I'm ready to throw my life out of whack right now, but can I please know if I'll even HAVE to? Thanks.
