Drew yesterday. About to start CGing. Didn't eat dinner last night because me, Kiki, and Craig were all having a Halo videofest. XD;; We watched all the episodes of Red vs. Blue to date. Stuff's so funny we forgot to eat. ^^; So dinner, which was Chinese food, is going to be breakfast for all of us. ^____^
This song? I am in love.
Oh, yesterday! Don't ask me why I thought Mom was waiting for me to get out of work before she left the city. @_@ She wasn't working her normal hours yesterday, and she got off at around 12, so she called me and said she was going to get Kiki. She never said she was going up to the house. I call her back at 4:30 to find out exactly where we're meeting, and she tells me, "I'm still in the car... because, you know, I made a stop here, and another stop there. We're just getting into PA."
Meanwhile, I'm sitting at my desk, laptpo still on, nothing of mine packed away, thinking, "... shit." I never stay at work past 4:15 when I'm taking the train upstate. If I have my way, I leave at four and get to Port Jervis at 6:45 or so. I catch either the 4:50 or the 5:16. At this point I'd be lucky to catch the 5:42, which I believe is the last express train before they start making every single stop, and if I had to catch a local, I might as well have just stayed home. XD; I'd probably get upstate around nine.
So I packed up my stuff and power-walked. My whole commute was power-walking. XD And my brain was so stuck on "GET TO THE DAMN TRAIN!", I got on the wrong Path-to-Hoboken train and had to watch the other one leave before me. ^^;;; And I finally get to New Jersey and buy my train ticket, and go to track 5 to board the train... but there's no train. There's like, two hundred people on the platform, all asking the same question. "This is track 5, right?"
And they were still making announcements about the 5:42 train to Port Jervis boarding on track 5. No train to board. Yah.
Oh, not to mention that while I was still in the subway in NYC, I kept just missing trains. I missed the G, and when I got to the next stop, the C was there... but Transit officials tell conductors and train operators not to make connections anymore, which means the doors to the train you want will get slammed in your face unless you get a really nice conductor. The conductor of that train? I was right by the door. Nope. Denied.
I was a pissy CJ yesterday. XD;; Would have been better if I had this song on a CD, because this song cheers me up.
