I feel like crap. ._. Don't want to be bothered today. I have to go through work, then get my hair done, all through the threat of huge thunderstorms.

I would take another day off, but I need to save my personal leave for vacation in August, so I don't have to use much annual... Mom would be a pain about it... and it's not like I was sick or anything, so it might look to Tas like I'm just taking a day because I want to. Which would essentially be what it is,

Must go. I imagine Mom will be coming in to make sure I'm awake.

You know, somehow, whenever I really need the day to go well at work, someone's not in.

Joan is in Albany. And you know what I did all day? I drew. I channelled all my frustations into my left hand and drew. I only did two characters at the end of the day, because one of them is royally kicking my butt, but I redrew something I originally did last October, right before NaNo... it looks a million times better now.

Aira's being a bitch, though. I've drawn everything of her but her visible hand and her legs, and they're annoying me. She's coming out all right, even if she is giving me trouble.

I doubt Joan will be back by tomorrow... probably Thursday at the earliest, but hopefully not until Friday, when I'm not there.

So anyway, the day went well. Tas went out at lunch and brought back some White Castles for me, since I hadn't gone out. We ate at our desks, chatted about random things... things we can't do when Joan is around.

Craig and I just got finished playing a long game of Soul Calibur II, hee. We both used Maxi (because we never pick him) and kicked each other's asses, but I won that little match... then he beat me using Ivy while I used Sophitia (because I rarely pick her)... and as Sophitia, the second time I killed him, I did this move called Bottoms Up. She bumps the person with her butt. Add this to the fact Craig was right at the edge of the level and literally got knocked off by my ass. XD I only discovered it because I was jamming down on the buttons like I did when I beat Jostin in the arcade, on the first game.

I'm easily amused, I know. But I will do that move again, this time against Dad, for spanking me off the level with Talim. ^^;;

Oh.

Gave Sonia the pencil-colored drawing of Ani that I CGed and put on dA. She was all happy and stuff. That contributed to my having a good day. ^_^

Going to take some measures to improve my sleep, because I obviously need to do something. I got some ideas on how to help my sleeping habits while at work today, so I think I'll start exercising those starting tomorrow. I think I'm going to get to sleep at 11 each night and wake up at 6:30, and not give myself more than a ten-minute catnap if I need it.

I'm getting a headache... like I'm catching a headcold or something. My nose isn't stuffy or runny, but feels weird... I think maybe I just need to sleep it off.
