Friday the 13th.
Apr. 13th, 2007 11:27 amFriday the 13th is usually a good day for me. So far, I've not been disappointed. The weekly meeting was apparently changed back to a biweekly meeting last week, so no meeting today. I'm not exactly feeling energized today (after a very vivid nightmare--damn REM sleep... and what is with me and Halo/Flood-filled nightmares? And why do they always involve Craig leaving me surrounded by Flood?--and completely sabotaging myself by getting up after the dream and not going back to sleep for a couple hours), but I'm no longer dying to jump ship early. Still tired, though. We'll see what happens. I might even take the bus today. I don't like the bus, but I'm toying around with the idea.
I bought Elebits the other day, too. (I'm sorry, I'm sorry! XD;) Dad's allowing one more weekend of video gaming at the house, so I'm bringing it up with me. Didn't bring Super Paper Mario. Craig will see that whenever he gets his act together. He can't play it now, anyway. Chances are, Dad won't even let him SEE me play anything. I'm gonna kick the boy's butt, because he's screwed things up for both of us. I'll kick his butt anyway. I'm going to help him study if I have to, because there is NO way he's coming back to this city. I won't let him. He has more in his school than I ever had in any of mine (freaking ARCHERY?), and he's not coming back to this dump because he doesn't want to do all his homework.
Anyway. Finally got my hands on a copy of A Strong and Sudden Thaw, so I'm reading that until lunch.
