Right, so, work...
Jun. 19th, 2007 05:47 pmI mentioned before that people are getting fired at work to save money. Apparently, my boss told people certain people were leaving, but turned around and decided to keep two people that were originally supposed to be leaving. The list he showed me with the names originally isn't in his room. (The part about my coworkers being funny: Dona and Maureen went into his office looking for it, and Joseph stood lookout. XDDD; Kwesi was gone for the day, but still, it amused me. Joseph said I was laughing because they were going in there to ransack the place.)
So anyway, Laszlo and Blanka, two who are/were supposed to go, may not be. (And that aggravates me a bit, because I don't like Blanka's attitude. She has the same air about her that Yulia and Yakov did at Tax.) I'm not sure what that means. If they're not leaving, do two other people have to leave in their place? And who would be the two new ones? Penny better not be one of them. She's the secretary on the other side, and I will not be the only one there. They'd better rehire her as a state employee or something.
Anyway, we'll see. I think Kwesi might be asked about it tomorrow. Maureen and the others were scheming.
