Today is Sharone's baby shower. (-_-) Got a phone call from the boss a few minutes ago.

Kwesi: I'm not feeling well today... I'm going to be out. I should be back tomorrow.

Whatever, he's not here, which means I can enjoy my day. I have NaNo planning to do.

Anyway. I was terrorized by a mosquito last night. A city one, you know, not those ridiculously-huge mothers from, say, Pennsylvania, that don't die when you hit them with a rolled-up magazine. I thought I'd hit it before I went to bed, but I found it on my wall this morning. It had fun with me last night, apparently. I mean, so far I've only found one bite on my wrist (argh, why the wrist?!), but when I smashed it, there was tons of blood on the spot. Thankfully I like to wrap myself up in my sheets, so it couldn't have had many places to choose from. I'm surprised there's nothing on my face. Maybe they don't like the face?

I have to take my scratch-off ticket to the vendor downstairs, because (and this better not be the case) there's a possibility I DIDN'T win $20 from it, only $5. That means I got my money back. I matched a number for the $20, but I also got a symbol in the second row that automatically gives you $5. I don't know if that's in addition to anything else you may have won, or if that $5 supercedes any matches. As far as I'm concerned, I've won $25. We'll see, I guess. Hehe, if it turns out that $5 does override anything else on the ticket, I'm not sure I'll buy games that use that tactic. There are a lot of them.

Sharone doesn't even WANT her own baby shower! Not only did she deny knowing anything about it when she had full knowledge of it last week, she tried getting out of it and pulling excuses out of her butt. Dona told her to bring her daughter Chelsea...

"Do I have to come? I can't bring Chelsea, I don't think I'll be able to park. Oh, I can't bring Chelsea on the subway." (That was in response to Dona telling her to take the train since she's 20 MINUTES AWAY.) "I guess I can bring the nanny. But that means I'll have to comb Chelsea's hair..."

WTF?!

Yeah, I'm showing my face and leaving. I knew I didn't like her for a reason. I agree with Dona, why is she having kids if she's not even taking care of them? She pays the nanny to watch her daughter and she's HOME right now.

Dona has me working on wrapping a gift for Chelsea. Tissue paper. -_-; Still, Chelsea will like it, I think. Trying to do a good job on it. I'll end up having to stop in a bit... Anne's furniture's been delivered.

Sharone brought Chelsea. Chelsea is CUTE. She's one, moves with the stealth of a ninja (honestly, I never heard her as she passed by me numerous times), and is adorable when she talks. (She didn't do much of that in the beginning, surrounded by a bunch of weird people.) I actually stayed for the whole thing. It wasn't bad. And like I said, no boss. And I left a few minutes early today because of the lack of boss.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been pushed back until February 10th, according to a message from GameStop. EW. NO. First NiGHTS gets pushed back (though not far), now this? It better not be because of Sonic. ^^;

Still not clue what to do for NaNo. I think I'm going to end up winging it... though I still have a bit for a plot to jump out at me. I do know I'm using Reilly again, but a different version of her. She'll look the same, though.

She's crazy. ^^;;;

I really think my mom's crazy for not liking Pushing Daisies. How does one NOT like that show? I guess it's because she's more inclined to watch cop dramas and murder mysteries than whimsical fairy tales. I love that show, it leaves a smile on my face. It's my favorite of the season.

May not be going to the house tomorrow; Dad and Craig may be coming down instead. That means taking Craig to Nintendo World, but that's not a bad thing. I haven't been in a while, heh.

What part of "can't happen" isn't registering?

Completely unrelated, there's a show on VH1 right now called America's Most Smartest Model. AHAHAHA. I love that title.
