(no subject)

New job. New. Job. No more administrative work.

Anyway. -_-

I'm trying to write the original story for NaNo. I wanna do silly this time, and silly will not work with the other idea... even though I started working on the other one last night and pounded out about 4,000 words. I'm feeling conflicted--stick with my original plan, or go with this other one that's started out well? The original's starting out VERY slowly, but I'm worried the other one... well, the Inner Editor's rearing its ugly head.

I've been kind of back and forth between the two, though I'm trying more to work on the first one. I need to make up my mind eventually... although, if I keep writing between the two, maybe something I think of will spark something, and I can stick with one storyline through the end of the month.

I'm starting to understand what people go through when they have too many ideas in their heads.

Boss said he was going to lunch and then a meeting at ACS. Sure. 9_9

And RadioShack needs to make medium-sized headphones pads that actually FIT. Like, a pair between their medium size and their large size. This is the second time I've ripped a brand-new set trying to stretch them out to fit a pair of standard-sized headphones. I have one perfect pad and one pad consisting of half a new pad and half of an old pad I had to cut in half, and both halves are taped together underneath. Considering the pair cost me $5, that's $2.50 out of my pocket. Ripoff central. -_- Maybe I should have gone down to J&R... I just hate getting things there because of the stupid checkout process they use.

Meh. Anyway. Back to writing. I think.
