I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself daily, but I was lighter by the end of yesterday than I was the day before, and this morning I was even lighter. Not by much, only about a pound and a half both times, but still, that's good. (I had steak last night and figured I wouldn't have lost anything.) Anyway, I've decided, now that I have a Wii in both places and have absolutely no excuse NOT to use it, I'm going to at least train on the punching bag every day for half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. Evening will have to be as soon as I get home, I guess. Not supposed to work out too close to bedtime. I think it's something like three hours before, but I think I saw something recently that said five hours. I was going to work out this morning, but I woke up for about an hour last night and hit snooze when the alarm went off, so that killed that. ^^;
All I need is something for my lower body, hehe. Can't play DDR in Brooklyn. Could if I lived on the first floor, or no one lived below us...
I haven't done a BIT of writing since... the 8th. Need to get on that. I'm a good 10,000 words behind now.
