Next job, no drawing at work. Ever. At all. Period. Because if I go and establish myself as The Creative One again, I'm going to shoot myself. And Alyce, for the record, when I say I'm in a slump, I'M IN A SLUMP. Speak not of things you do not understand.

When I said I wanted to do something with my hands, attaching printed photos to posterboard was NOT what I meant. 9_9

Apparently the boss did not understand what I meant when I said I'd have jury duty every Monday. Yes, I do have to call to make sure we have to be in. If we don't have to be in, I'll come to work. However, seeing as Monday is the first day, I don't think they're going to cancel it. Get over it already, I'm not going to be at your stupid meeting. 9_9

I find it funny that, seeing the poster for Tin Man (new series on SciFi that's starting on Sunday, inspired by The Wizard of Oz, which I must see because it IS based on TWoZ), I immediately thought of Zooey Deschanel (... think that's how you spell her last name) when I saw the Dorothy character. The poster doesn't mention the cast, and Dorothy's ridiculously far away. Guess who's playing the Dorothy character?

Mind you, my first and only experience with Ms. Deschanel is her role as Trillian in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Either she has a very distinct look, even when you can barely see it, or I'm psychic. Sadly, it's probably the former.
