Okay, now I can post art.

I have a few things drawn, but I wanted to make a new devID first. I hate putting up an ID and having that be the last thing I put up. It shows up on the page twice (once as your ID, and once as the last thing you posted) and it looks tacky. XD; Could totally scan it in and have it done and posted tonight, but I know once I get home, the only thing I'm going to want to do is put my furniture together.

Anyway, started the ID while our computers were shut down for server maintenance, and just finished it a few minutes ago. I actually drew myself into an ID this time.

RSVPed for Mercy College's open house on October 5th. I'm really interested in their Computer Arts and Design degree. Checked out the required classes and electives and I'm diggin' all of it. Even the required general education classes are great. The only one I'm not really looking forward to is the Global Studies/History requirement, but that's just because I hate history.

And they have Cintiqs in their computer labs. YES.

I need a snack. I'm fighting the urge to go downstairs and get something.

Also, it seems we have a roach problem in this office. There was a pregnant one on the wall of my cubicle (which I had to have Steve get because it crawled behind a wire holder), and there have been roaches seen in the bathrooms and upstairs. Apparently the exterminator comes once a month, but I'm starting to doubt that.

Ahaha.

SNAG NUMBERS TWO/THREE:

There's a type of screw I'm supposed to use for the very last part of the assembly (not counting shelves/door), and it's not included with the supplies, so we need to get said screw. AND, the woman that put together for us included the wrong size shelves, so I have six shelves I can't use. We're going back to Ikea tomorrow to get everything replaced, along with the broken piece from the chest.

So, I guess I have time to clean up a bit in here or scan drawings. ^^;
