Dog stuff

So, if I get the okay, I think I can get Oliver! ^___^ He's young, the info doesn't mention any special needs (which it did for the other small dogs it lists), and he's cute... needs a little grooming, but I like him. Almost want to go down there today and see him. Maybe I can get Mom to agree to leave a little earlier on Sunday, so we can get back in time to go visit the shelter. And apparently they're an independent breed and do well when people are out at work, as long as they're in a safe place like a pen, and don't suffer from separation anxiety.

This is good, because I'd really rather adopt a dog from a shelter than buy one. I want to do my part, you know?
