This woman's about to tick me off.
Nov. 25th, 2008 11:33 amSome woman keeps calling me. She needs to get in contact with someone from ACS (NOT us) and I've given her all the information I can give her. If that information's wrong, that's not my problem: ACS needs to update the phone numbers in the global address book. I gave this woman two numbers and the number to ACS and she's still calling me. I'm not picking up the phone. She's called me three times now without me answering, and if she keeps hanging up before hearing my voice mail to tell her to call the main number, then she doesn't need to be helped. So there.
She's going to call me back, and I'm going to tell her that this is the IT department in the agency she DOESN'T want, and I can't help her. That's it. She needs to take it up with ACS. Or, you know, send the woman a letter. Mail in this city takes two days, tops, to get to any other location in the city.
Gah, home, now. I'm taking tomorrow off. This is a dead week to begin with. I have a floating holiday to use, anyway. Mom's waiting for me to get home, so we can all go up together later tonight. I'll just have to take Oliver for a quick walk before we get in the car. He'll be glad to be back in the car again, I think.
