Okay, has anyone seen the Vicks Vapor Rub commercial with the two kids giggling outside their parents' bedroom door? What the heck is the name of the song? It's driving me nuts, I like it.

So I bought the Marker Set of Doom today, and (I think) finished the drawing.



Also, there was a minor mishap with the blending marker and the faun's hair that kind of reminds me of smudged lipstick. -_-;; I might darken his tail hair a bit, but I think, other than that, I'm going to leave this alone and not bother it anymore. I can always redo it before the midterm... and for my first pic color (nearly) entirely in marker, it's not too bad. I shall ask Prof. Mayer for advice, but the best advice will probably be to just practice... which I will feel very inclined to do with 156 markers at my disposal! XD; I was thinking about browning the faun up a bit more, but I was too worried I'd mess it up. Part of the reason I've always been so scared of markers is the finality of them: Once you mark, that's it. But I'm going to be a big girl and suck it up, and start using them, because I actually do like what I managed to do, flaws and all.

So, bed. Tomorrow's the long day. Actually, I need to put my stuff together first before I go to sleep. I'm not used to having to carry a portfolio around and I don't want to forget anything. I have brushes coming to work tomorrow... I had brushes already, but I found better ones. XD;; Eeee, we start painting tomorrow. I'm both excited and terrified. ^^;

Sent the other e-mail regarding the contracts today, and to keep the boss from coming over again, I cut out the To and From in the memo. He didn't come over. Either he opened the memo and saw I took the stuff out, or he didn't even bother to check because he was being a nitpicky bastard on Friday. I'm leaning toward the latter.
