Yeah, it is. He was a risk when I adopted him, and I knew that, but his condition really progressed this year. It wasn't so bad before. We all miss him, but he's free of the breathing problems now, you know? I just realized today that he probably stopped eating his rawhide bones because he couldn't get them down his collapsed trachea. -_-
