Here's a weird mold story - the other evening, I opened a package of two mini pizza crusts to make a pizza. I wrapped the extra crust in plastic wrap and stuck it in the fridge. The next afternoon, my pizza alarm went off again and I needed to have some. So I go to the fridge and get out the pizza crust, and lo and behold, it's moldy. It hadn't even been open for 24 hours AND it was wrapped! Sigh...
