meitantei_cjMail is slow. The seller from eBay JUST got my payment. I sent it at the beginning of the month. I guess that's holiday mail for you...
Joan kept her mouth shut about the strike, and I'm very happy about that, because she has no idea what she's talking about. Honestly, I don't care HOW prejudiced I am about that job, if conductors made $60K base freaking salary, I'd be ON that job. I'd have been on that job years ago.
But I won't say anything about that. People are spouting off at the mouth because they're angry, and that's fine, but the whole thing pisses me off because there's been nothing but misinformation everywhere.
Got Dad's present, finally. Hope he likes it. He should, though... Now I just have to worry about Mom.
