So I'm cancelling Napster, because they suck. I'm expecting to be on hold for an age. From what I've seen, they make it incredibly difficult for you to cancel by making you call to do it. You used to be able to do it online. Suppose they got too many easy cancellations that way.
If they give me hell over it, I found a method that'll at least stop them from charging my account. That'll be the last resort, though. I'll give them three chances over the phone. Hopefully it'll get done right the first time.
