meitantei_cjAsked if the position Deedee left had been filled yet. It has. That sucks, because I'd be down there by myself and wouldn't have to supervise anyone. I don't want to supervise. But whatever, keep trying.
Had two people telling me what I should do with myself. One of them (Mita, at work) said I should get into accounting and join Tax & Finance as an auditor. She is not the first person to tell me that. Ting (Sales Tax female Ting, not Ting in our section who just retired) said I should, too. And when I kicked people's butts in Sudoku at that holiday party, EVERYONE was telling me I should.
Mom and I went to San Gennaro today, I think mainly to get my mind off things (because she only brought it up after I'd been in my room yesterday for hours without saying a word). We met up with Paul, who had a food stand there. He bought us food since he knew people, so we got to eat for free. I just had zeppoles. Zeppoles are beautiful creations, especially when they're hot. But anyway, that's where the second person was telling me what I should do: Paul had TONS of ideas for me. Many of them included law enforcement. ^^;; I just can't see myself in law enforcement, never mind not having enough credits to take the test yet.
No Tickle-Me-Elmos for Dad. XD; Everywhere he went, they were sold out. Ah well. He'll get it eventually.
