Exhaustion.

meitantei_cjI'm writing... but all I want right now is my bed. I was working all day on purging the cases, so I was on my feet constantly and never really let myself have a break.
Friday... long story short, I left early to go to OCFS and then to the bus to catch the 2:30. When I'd bought my ticket for the 2:30, my stupid voicemail buzzed. I had to go back to OCFS because the nice, but ditzy, woman who took my fingerprints forgot to have my sign the fingerprint forms. Was irritated, but decided I'd catch the 3:30. Missed said 3:30 by five minutes. Had to wait for the 4:35. By that point, it made no sense for me to have left work early in the first place. Got on 4:35, just to get caught up in traffic on 17 upstate because people were catching a glimpse of some dope who decided to have the right side of his car straddle the cables that're supposed to keep you on the road. Still got up to the house around the right time though, few minutes late.
Anyway. Got the crappiest sleep ever last night, one guess why. Not fun when you hear someone you've known since before you first understood the concept of "friend" getting beat up by her asshole husband. I think I'm staying up until nine so I can take my pill then I'm going to bed.
