I THINK "ALL" DRIVERS SHOULD TAKE PART IN THIS ACTION.  GAS PRICES TODAY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

 JOIN THE  "GAS OUT" ON  MAY 15TH.
  If you need gas, buy it the day before (5/14)

TELL YOUR FRIENDS & RELATIVES....

Hey, I have no problem with this...Gas is so close to $3.00 a gallon here it's not funny...

NO GAS...On May 15th 2007
Body: Don't pump gas on may 15th
Body: ...in April 1997, there was a 'gas out' conducted nationwide in protest of gas prices.  Gasoline prices dropped 30 cents a gallon overnight.

On May 15th 2007, all Internet users are to not go to a gas station in protest of high gas prices. Gas is now over $3.00 a gallon in most places.

There are 73,000,000+ American members currently on the internet network, and the average car takes about 30 to 50 dollars to fill up.

If all users did not go to the pump on the 15th, it would take
$2,292,000,000.00 (that's almost 3 BILLION) out of the oil companys pockets for just one day, so please do not go to the gas station on May 15th and lets try to put a dent in the Middle Eastern oil industry for at least one day.

If you agree (which I cant see why you wouldnt) resend this to all your contact list. With it saying, ''Don't pump gas on May 15th'

Anyway. I'm tired. And of course, I get back to this dumb city and my allergies start acting up. It's early, but I'm considering going to bed already. I just want to sleep now. Kinda hungry, but that's okay.

It's gonna be really annoying when the stitches dissolve and I'm left with two holes on the left side of my face. Eating for a good while last year was annoying, especially eating rice. ^^;

We're nearing 4 bucks a gallon, here. ~.~

I already plan on participating, though, so woot!

Since I have no car, not buying gas shouldn't be a problem. :P But I'll mention it to Mom. She was ticked off yesterday. We passed one place that had gas for $2.80-something, but by the time we got back it had gone up to $2.94. I asked her what the excuse was; there's no hurricanes ('cept that tropical storm or whatever I briefly heard about).

Y'know, just a couple of hours ago on the news they were talking about this Internet 'Don't pump gas on the 15th' thing. They said it would have no effect on anything, because although we won't be pumping gas THAT day, since people just do it the day before or after, it evens out.

So either that's really true, and it does kinda make sense...or someone's paying big bucks to make sure the news stations say that. XD
