Just got back from Ikea. Had to make a few changes in my plans, but everything's been bought and the tall pieces will be delivered today. Of course, I'm going to near-Philadelphia with Nick tonight, so putting things together will have to wait until tomorrow. Also need one of the maintenance guys to move my old dresser out. Either the drafting table or the computer desk is going in that corner--probably the drafting table, since I think I want the computer nearer to the TV. The 3-drawer units are already downstairs. The new 6-drawer unit can't be put up until I get rid of the current computer desk. That means taking everything off the desk, including CPU pieces, and moving it out.
Nick's coming early because he's bored in Smithtown. We're leaving at around 4pm.
OH. Ikea gave us free breakfast. This weekend, they're offering their "small" breakfast (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and bacon) for free, instead of the usual 99 cents, along with free coffee. All we ended up paying for was my soda. Two filling breakfasts ended up costing $1.40. XD It was good, too. The potatoes were awesome, and I didn't even feel the need to put pepper on the eggs. I always pepper my eggs. Also, you were only supposed to get two strips of bacon, and the woman behind the counter gave me five, haha. It was all delicious.
If Nick and I get back tonight, I'm not going to be able to sleep in my bed, hehe. It's got clothes and things piled up on it. I'm going to be assembling things for days, but it'll give me something to do!
Now, C++ lessons.
