You know, I can't stand FedEx.

When I order something from Amazon (or anywhere else for that matter) by 2-day shipping, and it ships from somewhere close by and gets here in a day, UPS just delivers the package. What do they care? FedEx holds the package until the day it's supposed to be delivered based on the method and when it was shipped. So, my game, which was shipped on the 13th and got to Maspeth yesterday, won't actually be delivered until today... but they've had the thing now for 24 hours. 9_9

I don't want to go to work or class today. Feeling apathetic. Maybe it's not so much about work as it is about having to go to class afterwards... I think I just feel like going home later. I've already missed one day, though, and I'm not missing another one. There aren't many days left. Our last day is April 6th.

Today, I will manage to draw CJ. Troie and Ani are completely done (unless I decide to smooth out the cel-shading, but I kind of like the way it looks now...), and the only thing holding the pic up is her. It bothers me when I can't draw her, she's easy and I've been drawing her for like ten years. ^^;;

Phoenix Wright is here!

... Too bad the DS isn't. XD;;

I can't get to any part of YesAsia's account pages. I guess the sign-in page isn't loading. Everything else is. This annoys me greatly. I wanted to e-mail them and ask where the hell my game is. It's taken two weeks now, still hasn't gotten here, and I have a feeling that one of the crooked delivery guys decided to take it for themselves. It's not supposed to take more than a week.

(I suspect the delivery people because this idiot from FedEx--haha, see why I have a thing against them?--signed for David on Tuesday, for Mariya's train tickets to Albany for next week. He didn't actually deliver them. I don't think anyone said anything about the tickets yesterday, but today Mariya was looking for them. She'd called the company and asked where the tickets were, the company said they were delivered. Tas called FedEx, THEY said the tickets were delivered. They said they had a signature by someone named D. David. There is not a single "David" in the entire tax department of New York State. Tas and I checked the database--there are Davies, and Davises, and even a Davignon, but no one with David as a surname. I told Tas that the guy probably knew about the David because he delivers to that office all the time and has seen Dave sign his name, but idiot screwed up the order of the names and put David last. There was a whole big thing until the same guy rushes to the mail room and gives Dave the envelope with the tickets. He says Dave doesn't have to sign for them. Tyrone says, "Yeah, because you already forged his name," and the guy just stops. Yeah. Busted, asshole.)

... Okay, site finally loaded. E-mailed them. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll respond before I go to bed? It's 11:06am tomorrow in Hong Kong. I think last time I e-mailed them at night, they got right back to me. I think. Or was that CDJapan?

I did not want to go to class today, but it was fun, as usual... although, I did all that memorizing of the settings he drew out on the sheet, and we didn't even do it! XD; Three people didn't show, though, so I guess that's why. For the second week in a row, there were only three of us. Some of those guys really need to learn to call when they're not coming. We worked with the mixing board today--he had a song play and had us all bring each track into the song, balancing out the sounds and such. It was fun.

And I really need to get my hands on Pro Tools. It'd be good to have it at home to mess with. I'd be more comfortable with it. I'm all right now, but I'll need to keep playing with it after class is over... and we only have three sessions left.
