Mar. 23rd, 2006 09:32 pmOkay, DMP needs to do something about its distribution. Seriously. If a release has to be delayed once, fine. But when it's supposed to be in stores, it should be in stores. If it's not gonna be in stores, they need to update their fricksing website with the new date. No one has the book I want--everyone's saying at least a week, probably two, and RightStuf even says 20+ business days. Come on. Someone, please light a fire under their asses...
Anyway, with that out of the way. X3
Didn't have to cover the office upstairs, so I'm a happy CJ. I'm even happier that we basically got quizzed (unofficially) today in audio class, and I was the quickest one in the class. (Two of the guys have dropped out, it seems. They don't call to say they're not coming, and they haven't come in weeks, so now it's just me, Atiba, Dell, and Carlos. I like it that way, anyway. The other two tended to monopolize Mr. Hodge's time asking him questions that barely had anything to do with our lessons. ^^;; The four of us are more focused... You can tell we really care about what we're learning.) I had to look at my notes for one thing, but only because we haven't done it since the second or third class. It's embedded in my mind now, though. He had each of us go to his laptop and do it, so I got to watch the guys do it after I did, and memorized the steps.
Teach took pictures of us with his digicam. We're going to get copies, hehe. I look like such a dork, but that's okay. Today was fun.
And I brought the DS to work... Was going to play it after-hours while waiting for 5:30 to roll around, but never did. Instead, I played it on the train ride over the Williamsburg Bridge. A J train was just ahead of my M, so there was hardly anyone on the train. If the train was crowded, I don't think I'd have taken the system out. I see guys with their PSPs and DSs out all the time, but I'm still wary about that.
Now, I need to beat the third trial on Phoenix Wright. I screwed up playing it last night and lost the trial. XD;; Couldn't figure out exactly how to show a certain piece of evidence... but I think I've got it now. It's not entirely obvious.
I can't wait for the fifth episode. Forensics, ha. I wonder how that will play out? XD Should be fun.
