meitantei_cjTrillian's not giving me my e-mail notifications save for when I first get online, and when I do check my e-mail, it's not clearing the notification. -_-
I called Dad last night to complain about Mom, and am now noticing little things... like why she wanted me to go with Citibank, and how she knew I'd gotten the refund. I swear, she had to be looking for it. She told me I got it, which means she was signed on under Dad's account, because neither her account nor mine shows all of the accounts on the page.
But talking to Dad was a good thing, because it made me laugh, and definitely relieved some of the tension. He said he's going to talk to her about it. She won't be happy with the two of us, but I just got that refund a week ago, and I swear I can't have a decent amount of money in my account without her swooping down and snatching it up. If part of it was rent, fine. But the other $250 better be back in my account in two days, because she said it would be. So there. I have no problem paying rent, and I have no problem helping out with a bill here and a bill there. But I'm not paying for binge QVC shopping. I've learned that I can't go buying as much as I want to, and I've only been at my job for less than a year. 9_9 And Dad tells me all the time about how she ordered these self-setting digital alarm clocks with Dad's QVC card and didn't remember to tell him until he had them in his hands. Like, "Oh, by the way..."
I'm going to use that against her next time she bitches about my horrible memory, y'know. ^_~
My CD should be here Thursday, according to the tracking system on UPS. This is awesome, because even if it gets to Maspeth like it usually does, and they don't deliver it the same day like they usually don't, it'll still get here Friday. I'll have it by the weekend. I'll be able to listen to it on the way to Renee's place. I'll have the music in the absence of the game. That's all that matters. XD
Now, I have to hurry up and get ready, because I need to get out of here in a little while.
... I have 4,901 pageviews on dA. I think I'll draw the 5K person a pic. But I won't mention it there yet.
Rowdy Roddy Piper was on the WB11 Morning News today. XDDDD You know I haven't heard from/of that man since the Super Mario Bros. Super Show? *falls over* Yes, I'm old. ^^;;;
