Craig has decided to keep the thing from moving, he's going to sit on the top edge of it. Right on the MadCatz logo of our $20 pad. XDD And it didn't move an inch. It hurt his butt though... so I need to find something heavy to sit on top of it.
Nah, books won't help, I've tried. XD;; They're okay on easy songs, but on things like Rhythm and Police where I'll be jumping a lot (even on Light), the pad manages to slip out from under whatever I put on it.
Is your floor carpeted? You can get heavy-duty sticky-back velcro, which will secure the pad pretty firmly to a carpeted floor.
Fry's has a $150 metal DDR pad (http://shop4.outpost.com/product/3795366) that's pretty good, and doesn't move around at all--I've tried it out at the store. I want!
