meitantei_cjAnyone who might be thinking of getting DDR SuperNOVA needs to play Battle Mode. Seriously. PLAY it. It's the craziest thing ever. I thought it was just going to be a straight dance-off between me and the computer and picked "Dance Dance" by Fall Out Boy (because I love that song XD), and I had no idea that the game randomly switches mods on you. It started out normally, then all of a sudden Boost was on, then it reverted to normal, then the speed doubled, then it dropped to half the original speed, then back to normal, then HIDDEN came on, then the arrow bar disappeared, then one of the arrows dropped a beat...
And I'm sitting in my chair (because I'm at the apartment and can't dance or people'd complain about the noise, and I don't have a dance pad here because of it) having an "Oh shit!" attack. XD;; When I bring this to the house tomorrow, I'm showing Craig. It's stupid. I don't know who thought this up, but I think I love them.
EDIT: OH MY GOD, THE ARROWS SWITCH PLACES MID-GAME. It ruined the full combo I was busy unleashing on the poor computer.
