Mom and I have this connection with food. She'll get a craving for something at the same time I do. I've steered clear of something during my lunch break just on the hunch that we'd be having it for dinner, and when I got home, Mom would ask if I wanted what I kept myself from eating because she had a taste for it.
Today I walked down to the seaport and got myself some teriyaki chicken and rice... and later on, Mom called asking me to stop off at the bank, and said she found from teriyaki sauce, and was going to make chicken. I had to tell her I'd already had it, hehe. She just said, "You're kidding." I don't know what it is with us. XD
So anyway, no idea what we're going to eat. ^^; I just walked over the bridge for the first time in a while (since before the cold snap, I think), and I'm starved, so I might order in. I started to take a detour and pick up some Chinese. A few minutes ago I was thinking about pizza.
The stuff I was given from the dentist, Peridex (a mouth rise to heal your gums), is some foul stuff. It needs flavoring. It's extremely... medicinal in taste. Think if I got them to stick a flavor shot in, it'd help? XD I'm not using it as much as I was told to (every morning and every night after brushing teeth and flossing), because it apparently stains your teeth black. No thank you. I don't know how long it takes for that to happen, but I only get two cleanings a year, and I will not be walking around with black teeth. Brushing will have to do it. My gums aren't bad, anyway. They used to be a lot worse than this, and it didn't take a dentist to fix them. I did that on my own. My gums weren't bleeding until the freaking nurse went at them with the scaler when she was removing plaque. 9_9 Dumbass. And then she had the nerve to tell me, "Your gums are very bleeding." Duh?
This is what I get for not going to the dentist when I first started working four years ago. ^^;
There's a guy on Montague Street... I'm going to him for my fillings. He has a website, he specifically mentions resin fillings, and I think I'd feel more comfortable there than at this other place. Still getting the extractions done next Friday. Tried to move it to tomorrow, but the dentist isn't working this week, so I'm stuck. Going to see if Mom will wait for me while I'm having it done. She'll have to if he gases me. XD
