(no subject)

The authorizations from CDJapan finally dropped, so I have money! :D Not going to really spend or anything, but I need to get Oliver more wet food. We're down to his last can after having three bags of food for a while now. (And a bunch of the cans were messed up. We have an electric can opener. It's supposed to work. 7 out of 10 times, it didn't, and Mom and I had to flip the can over or pry the top off. At one point, Mom had to pull out the old manual can opener. o_o)

Speaking of money, my bed will be gotten THIS MONTH. I don't care if it's with this check or the next one, but I already told Mom I will be picking the bed up, so she'd better not come to me saying she needs money. She will not get it this month. $400 is going to the bed, and that's that.

I've been sleeping more or less all day. Studying now, jotting things down. I'm kinda tired still, could probably turn out the light and sleep the whole night through, but I want to at least finish the first chapter of the book. It's on the syllabus: We were supposed to read the first chapter, and while the reading assignment for Tuesday skips over that, reading the foundation chapter would be wise.

Haha, Wednesday night/Thursday morning's going to be fun. I'm not gonna want to go anywhere come Thursday morning. As it is, eating dinner won't happen until after I get back to Brooklyn, and by the time I get here, I shouldn't really eat at all. Wednesdays are completely packed between work and the New Student Seminar and Beginning Drawing. Tempted to drop NSS just because of that, or at least move it to another day. It's really annoying that I have to take that thing. It's only an hour a week, but bleh.

I can't check the other sections because for some reason, the class schedule search switched back to last year's Fall semester. o_o;;

Hahaha, poor Oliver.

He was sleeping in Mom's bathroom, and there were a bunch of kids (we think from the projects since they were headed up that way) making noise in the park... and Oliver got woken up and came out barking at them. Mom and I just stood there and watched him, like, "You tell them, Ollie." XDDD Poor thing, he was sleeping so well, too.
